With over 15 years of legal experience, John has served the legal industry from nearly every vantage point providing valuable business insight for law firms and corporate legal departments. His legal experience includes serving 8 years as CEO and COO for an eDiscovery and Document Review company. During his tenure, he used his prior turnaround experience to restructure and revitalize core business operations increasing efficiency culminating in a national footprint and sustained profitability. As John implemented best practices in the company, he was also able to provide proven business counsel for multiple corporate legal departments and law firms, and he spoke on legal innovation at a large law firm’s annual partner meeting.    

John was recruited to become the Director of Advanced Services for a large law firm in 2016 to launch and oversee innovative ancillary services for firm clients. In that role, he revitalized IG360 (end-to-end eDiscovery subsidiary) realizing a 1400% increase in revenue in six years, while also building a document review center and an alternative staffing program. In addition, he created ASSET360, a law firm subsidiary that offers unique problem-solving services in the areas of cyber technology, public relations, business efficiency, and asset recovery for clients. In his spare time, John helped start the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Business Unit for the firm, and was the Business Unit Director for several litigation-based business units within the firm.    

Prior to the legal industry, John was considered a turnaround specialist and a motivational change agent driving large scale positive financial results through innovation and collaboration in the logistics and professional services industries.         

John resides in Michigan and enjoys traveling.
