The sale of TCDI’s cyber division will enable Virtus to further expand its presence in the cybersecurity market. Owned by former TCDI employee Bogdan Salamakha, coupled with the majority of TCDI’s cyber team transitioning to Virtus, the firm is well-positioned to maintain the high-quality services clients have come to expect.
For TCDI, the sale reflects a strategic decision to focus more on its core legal service offerings, such as data collections, eDiscovery managed services, managed document review, and litigation management.
