The profile calls the MSMR program a change agent stating, “The program allows access to more talent and skills by eliminating geographic limitations, with many candidates having foreign language skills and experience in a wide variety of industries, while also broadening the workday and workweek for businesses.”
In addition, the remote nature of the MSMR program allowed challenges of the pandemic and in fact increase its user base which continues to grow. In 2020, the program has expanded to include more than 50 clients and, after an 11 month vetting process, was inducted into the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Employment Partnership initiative.
The profile highlights TCDI’s unique approach to document review, calling it ahead of its time with its use of a secure online environment, while typically document review is handled on-site. “Nothing changed for us because we had already been providing the necessary security, which military spouses tend to already be comfortable with.
