Prior to joining TCDI, O’Connor served the legal industry from nearly every vantage point, providing valuable business insight to law firms and corporate legal departments. His legal experience includes serving 8 years as CEO and COO for an eDiscovery and Document Review company. During his tenure, he used his prior turnaround experience to restructure and revitalize core business operations, increasing efficiency culminating in a national footprint and sustained profitability. As John implemented best practices in the company, he was also able to provide proven business counsel for multiple corporate legal departments and law firms.
