Support Manager
Nathan manages TCDI’s Support team that provides technical support across all proprietary and non-proprietary hosted software and applications. Adapting to the DPM training shortly after joining the team, he has improved processes throughout the department and continues to strive for improvement in all processes he is introduced to. Eager and passionate to learn, Nathan seeks knowledge at every opportunity provided. He plans to continue to learn more about scripting and coding, in hopes of one day being able to further his career in the tech industry.
