Nancy Johnson serves as Senior Director of Client Services at TCDI, where she has managed large-scale litigation projects and new implementations since 2003. She oversees teams supporting clients across industries including financial services, insurance, legal, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, regulatory affairs, and tobacco, among others.
With a background that bridges law-firm operations and client-side program delivery, Nancy focuses on developing efficient workflows and implementing solutions that align with client needs. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she applies proven process-improvement principles to strengthen collaboration, reduce risk, and ensure consistency across every stage of litigation management.
